Your sunrise hot air balloon experience in Dubai begins with a comfortable pickup from your hotel or selected location in a private or shared 4x4 vehicle, ensuring a relaxed and stress-free start. Upon arrival at our desert base, you’ll be welcomed into a traditional Arabian majlis, where you can unwind with refreshments while our expert crew delivers a clear and reassuring safety briefing before takeoff.

Soar Above the Desert at Sunrise

When it’s time, you’ll be escorted to the launch site to witness the captivating balloon inflation. As the balloon is ready and gently lifts you into the sky, enjoy a peaceful journey soaring up to 4,000 feet above the Dubai desert, taking in panoramic views of golden dunes and glimpses of desert wildlife bathed in the soft light of sunrise.

A Memorable Ending 

After a smooth landing, you’ll receive a pilot-signed personalized flight certificate as a meaningful keepsake of your time in the skies. More than just a tour, this serene sunrise adventure is one of Dubai’s most memorable hot air balloon experiences, ideal for couples, families, and first-time flyers seeking a truly special escape.

• An Emirates ID or passport copy is required for each passenger at the time of booking, in line with Gulf Civil Aviation Authority regulations.
• Complete the online waiver and upload your ID at least 24 hours before the flight; passengers without these documents cannot fly.
• A valid WhatsApp number is required for the reservation, so the pickup time and any updates can be shared with you.
• Your exact pickup time is shared the evening before your flight, generally between 7:00 pm and 8:30 pm.
• Be at your pickup point at least 10 minutes early, as a delay could cause the flight to be cancelled.
• Pickup and drop-off times can shift by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Children under 5 and adults over 70 are not permitted to fly, and the maximum weight limit is 119 kg (guests above this require pilot approval and an extra charge).
• Pregnant women, and anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, are not permitted to fly.
• Guests should be in good physical condition, able to climb in and out of the basket and hold a brace position for landing; certain disabilities and health conditions are not permitted to participate.
• Wear comfortable, casual clothing along with closed shoes or boots rather than high heels.
• This activity is not recommended for anyone with heart conditions, serious knee or back problems, a recent major surgery, or a fear of heights.
• Balloon flights are subject to weather conditions; if a flight is cancelled for weather, you will be offered the next available date or a full refund.
