Well start the days adventure with a visit to two of the most famous sites on the island. Our first stop is Chaithararam Temple or Wat Chalong. It is the largest and most sacred temple in Phuket as it houses a bone fragment of Buddha. Well wander around the temple taking in the decorative walls and ceilings that depict mosaics of Buddhas life.

After taking in the glory that is Wat Chalong we will head over to The Big Buddha aptly named for the large 45-meter-tall alabaster statue of Buddha sitting atop a hill. Well snap some photos of this famous landmark as well as the surrounding scenery before making our way to Phukets Old Town.

Dont let the name fool you The old town of Phuket is known for its vibrantly coloured century-old Sino-Portuguese houses that will transport you to a different era. Well wander around the streets taking in the sights and sounds and explore Soi Romanee one of the most famous streets in the old town.

After some window shopping well head on over to Nui Beach where well take a breather and partake of a delicious local lunch before making our way to Rock Swing Beach to take some photos on a swing overlooking the ocean. Then well head to Karon Viewpoint to take in the breathtaking views of the Andaman Sea and the lush greenery of the island.

Next well head to Ao Sane Beach also called Jungle Beach and will have some free time to rest and relax snorkel and swim or even take a quick hike uphill to Cape Krating which also holds gorgeous views of the sea. To end the day well head to Windmill Viewpoint and Promthep Cape to take photos of even more seascapes and gorgeous views to memorialize the days adventure.
